ME Studio is open to guests Monday through Friday from 10:30 - 4:30, and after hours by appointment. Appointments are always suggested for the most personal shopping experience and to insure that the jewelry is not out at a Trunk Show. We offer phone/video consultations, patio meetings, free shipping, curbside pickup and personal delivery within 10 miles of the Studio. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are our specialty. Website items can be altered according to your specifications, but there may be an additional cost. Most ME pieces can be made in 18k or 22k gold too. Custom items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged since they were made specifically for you.
EXPECT VARIATIONS
Because our work is made by hand, each piece is unique, and there may be slight variations from piece to piece. That is the beauty of artisan jewelry. We use natural stones and cultured fresh water pearls, which will have slight variations in surface, size and color.
Measurements stated in the descriptions are length x width x height but may vary slightly from piece to piece.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
ME gift certificates are available for purchase. Contact the Studio for a printed gift card or purchase a digital gift card and receive a unique code to be used online. Purchased gift certificates never expire. Donated gift certificates expire one year from the event. They may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any items purchased with a gift certificate.
JEWELRY CARE
Each piece of ME jewelry is hand-crafted and deserves careful handling.
We recommend that you clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth and store it in our flannel bag to prevent tarnish and scratches. Avoid contact with chemicals from perfume, hairspray, lotion, etc. Always remove your jewelry before washing to prevent soap build up. It is beneficial to wear your jewelry often and store in a low humidity area. The natural oils in your skin help to keep your jewelry clean and conditioned. Bright silver and bronze may require additional cleaning with the use of a tarnish removing polish. We recommend having your pearls professionally cleaned.
REPAIRS | CLEANING
Please call the Studio at 615.255.3255 or email info@margaretellisjewelry.com to discuss a repair. ME will gladly repair normal wear and tear issues for a minimal charge.
Other repair charges are dependent on the repair required and current metal prices. There will be a charge to make a mate, lost pieces/stones, sizing a ring, accidental or self-inflicted damages.
We will also clean your jewelry for you at no charge, but you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Payment
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and ApplePay, as well as Venmo and the Cash app.
We now also offer Layaway in the Studio. Please call or stop by for details.
If you are more comfortable ordering by phone, please call the Studio with your credit card information or to arrange to mail a check.
TAX
All items shipped within Tennessee will be charged 9.25% sales tax. No tax will be applied to orders shipped outside of Tennessee.
SHIPPING
We offer complimentary USPS on all domestic U.S. orders and complimentary UPS ground shipping on orders over $500 upon request. 2-day and overnight delivery options are also available.
Orders are processed and shipped from our Nashville Studio. You can also pick up your order at the Studio by selecting "Studio Pickup" if you prefer. We also offer personal home delivery within 10 miles of ME Studio.
Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing your order. Insurance is not included in standard shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.
The buyer is responsible for customs and import duties levied by the receiving country for all international orders.
ORDER STATUS
You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been processed. The cardholder's name must match the name of the billing address, and the billing address must match the purchasing card for an order to process. Please double check all information including your email address. You will also receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
We will contact you via phone or email if your order cannot be completed or is delayed for any reason.

ORDER CHANGES | CANCELLATION
Since each ME piece is made to order, all changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please call the Studio or email any requested changes to your order to help@margaretellisjewelry.com. We are happy to make changes as long as your order is not already in production.
DELIVERY TIME
Each piece of ME jewelry is custom made to order in our Nashville studio. Your purchase will ship within two weeks (usually sooner!) of ordering unless you are notified otherwise. Orders may take longer during peak times and holidays. If you are in a rush, please call us and we will do our best to get the order out sooner. Expedited shipping fees may apply.
PACKAGING
Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a gift-wrapped flannel ME storage bag.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your new jewelry. If for any reason you are not 100% happy, we will gladly accept regular priced and promotional sale pieces for exchange or store credit within 14 days when accompanied with a sales receipt. After 14 days, all sales are final. Custom items and final sale items are non-returnable. We do not offer any refunds since materials were specifically purchased to make your piece. Please call or notify us at returns@margaretellisjewelry.com to arrange an exchange or store credit. All returns must have not been worn and be in the original condition.
Merchandise purchased online can also be returned/exchanged in our Nashville Studio.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and ME is not responsible for return shipping. Please pack the merchandise in the original package if possible and send pre-paid and insured to:

STORE CREDIT
Store credit is issued in the amount of the original purchase (excluding shipping) and is available for immediate use toward any item and does not expire.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Any item damaged on arrival will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt by phone or at help@margaretellisjewelry.com.
Domestic customers will be emailed a printable pre-paid return label and additional shipping instructions. International customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot refund international duties and taxes.

Margaret Ellis Jewelry respects your right to privacy. We collect and use personal information (name, postal address, email address, telephone number) that you provide to complete your order, communicate with you or subscribe to our email list. We may also use your information to contact you about goods and service that may be of interest to you and other marketing purposes.
